Would like to know how Siebel Applet Changes?

Hi,

would like to know how the applet changes?

ex.

I have an account of type Wholesale and it shows "SIS OM Products & Services Root List Applet (Service) - Tiny"

then when I changed the type to enterprise business the applet shows "SIS OM Products & Services Root List Applet (Billing) - Tiny"

it changed from "SIS OM Products & Services Root List Applet (Service) - Tiny" to "ESG Asset Mgmt Service Applet"

This is causing the script that I have created in Service to not fire since it was using a different applet. and also this will make things really confusing for future developer unless I can find out where it was configured to be toggled
