Unable to edit "Range" values for Risk Tollerances

Hi,

I have a problem with "Range Values" on Risk Tollerances on P6 R8.3 SP2.

I found a "bug document" where it's indicated that the problem is fixed on P6 R8.3 SP3....but the I'm not able to find this Service Pack.

Please looks the attached file.

What's it mean? I notice that on Patch search on MOS is present the Hot Fix 5 on SP2, but I don't find the SP3 or the P6 8.3.3.0 version!

Is there anyone who has the same problem?
