This thread will address your following issue

Form error during applying Translation Synchronization patch 18915161 to add Canadian French to environment.

ERRORS

The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

bom    forms/FRC      CSTFVTLC.fmx

An error occurred while generating Oracle Forms files.

Continue as if it were successful [No] : yes
