Install, Upgrade, Clone, Patch - EBS (MOSC)

adop - Cannot apply hotpatch as another online patching cycle is going on

R12.2 Vision Instance running on RH linux.

I have applied all the pre-reqs and am trying to follow "Applying R12.AD.C.Delta.4 and R12.TXK.C.Delta.4 Release Update Packs (Doc ID 1617461.1)".

Following Path A I get here and in Patch 18491990 it says to run adgrants.

Run adgrants.

  1. Download and unzip the following patches:
  2. Follow instructions in the patch readme for Patch 18491990, to execute adgrants.sql on the database tier.

So I ran adgrants and then per the README I also attempted to apply the patch (adop phase=apply patches=18491990) but I think that was incorrect as I got this error:
