Need process solution to create a new Company in E1 before a Fiscal Year is closed.

Hi,

We have recently had business changes which impact us in setting up a new company in E1 in the middle of a Financial Fiscal Year. We are not 100% sure at this time if we have to completely close the current original Company (00001) and setup a new company (00002) from Oct 2014 onwards or keep the current company open for reporting purpose only etc., and setup new company (00002) to operate going forward from Oct 2014. Regardless we need to create a new company in (00002) E1 and I need to know the necesary steps/process to follow to setup
