recently migrated to Oracle Linx from Windows

Recently migrated operating system to Oracle Linux from Windows. Need to make change to check template, opened exiting template in XML Publisher format templates, made changes to copied template.

After saving new template , attempted to pay invoice in full. Format Payment Istruction completed with an error, Error: an error occurred during formatting. Please verify the template is valid.

oracle.apps.iby.exception.PSException: Internal Error to Payment Server:

Even if I change back to the previous template , still receive error. Wondering if the migration to Linux is causing the issue. Template is currently being saved in Word on a file share.
