Update Timesheet requires integer values between 0-24

We are using timesheets to track our resource time on projects.  However, the task might take 1.25 or 1.5 hours.  The timesheet requires a whole number.  How can I modify the timesheet so that a resource can enter actual time spent on a task?

When trying to enter time as a portion of an hour, I get the following message

The actual hours entered "1.25" for "dfdasdfssdf" for Wednesday is invalid.
Please enter an integer value between 0 and 24. Please resolve this issue
