Database lock and get ORA-00060

Attempting shutdown database it locked and need to use abort

Every night make a cold back up it take almost 5 hours, in the morning

start up db and applications, sometimes concurrents not start up fine and have to bounce

the instance again  first applications then db, last weekend this issue appeared  Saturday and Sunday

when db was shutdown.

is failing something in the db?

upload logs.
