Need import the GL journals from R11 into R12

Dear Oracle experts,

Currently, we are doing update from R11 into R12, we need move the GL journals from R11 into R12, could you please suggest me how to do it? and if you have the scripts ,could you please share it with me?

our EBS R11 version is 11.5.10.1,db version is 9.2.0.5.0 ; our EBS R12 version is 12.1.3, DB version is 11.1.0.7.0.
