How to backup/restore from 10g(XE) to 11g(orcl) ?

I have used PrimaveraP68.2 using Oracle database 10g.

A few days later, I will delete 10g and install 11g.

My DB has many project, so I want to backup the 10g DB.

and then, I will restore that in 11g DB.

I'v searched that solution in Support, but I didn't find that.
