Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. flashback with guarantee restorpoint or restore from backup?

What do flashback use to keep the information?

We have set a guarantee restore point, how long time will it take to use that one instead of restore from backup?
