unable to send large files

Hi,

I have setup oracle unified communications suite in linux machine. And these are the components I installed :

1) delegated administrator.

2) messaging server

3) directory server

4) convergence.

From "delegated administrator", I have selected few service packages such as "gold", "diamond", "platinum" and I also created few users by assigning service package to each randomly. When I send any email with attachment of more 5MB, the convergence throws an error saying, "file size too large". I am sure if we increase "mailMsgMaxBlocks" and "mailMsgQuota" for each service package, I will be able to send files of size of my choice. Could you please let me know how to upgrade the service packages.
