R12 Mobile Expenses

Can we claim mileage expenses through mobile expenses? I have read in the oracle blog (https://blogs.oracle.com/rajeshvelicheti/entry/oracle_fusion_expenses_mobile_app) mileage is not supported. Can someone who is using mobile expenses confirm that mileage cannot be used. we are planning to go with mobile expenses from oracle for R12.1.3 in the near future. I have gone through oracle notes 1586116.1 and couldn't find any. Is that just receipt based and per-diems can be claimed via mobile expense?
