ADOP - Can we apply patch in r12.2 without using adop.

Hi,

We are in the process of migrating our environment to 12.2.3.

Our client wants us to use normal patching system (adpatch) for first 6 months then we need to go for adop.

So for the first 6 months we need apply patch like our old versions.

Is there any way to apply patch in r12.2 like our old versions?

OR can we disable this adop feature for sometime and later can we enable it?
