Copying Projects across Operating Units

Hi,

  We have a requirement  to copy projects from one Operating Unit to another (say CA 1007 to US 1501). I am using pa_project_pub.create_project to create projects but this cannot be used to copy projects across Operating units. Can anyone suggest the best way please
