"Could not find a Hyperion Reporting and Analysis server running on <servername> at port 6800. Pleas

Hi ,

Once we log in work space 11.1.1.3 we are getting below error message

"Could not find a Hyperion Reporting and Analysis server running on <servername> at port 6800. Please verify your server connect string and confirm that the server is up."

For above error message as per the oracle document  i did below steps(Doc ID 1480504.1)

1. Stop OpenLDAP and Shared Services.

2. Make a full backup of the environment (files and repository database).

3. Open a CMD window (MS-DOS).

4. Navigate to C:\Hyperion\products\Foundation\openLDAP\var\openldap-data and from this folder run the following command: C:\Hyperion\products\Foundation\openLDAP\bdb\bin\db_recover -v
