Hi All,

there were 2 transactions to ship replacement handpieces


1-      Serial number HCC1402302 replaced sn ET1963(In this case warranty is not created as the replacement item/serial 'C2602/ET1963' was entered in non source area in depot repair logistic lines)

2-      Serial number HCC1301601 replaced sn ET1962(In this case warranty was created as the replacement item/serial 'C2602/ET1962' was not entered in non source area in depot repair logistic lines)

Could you please let me know, why the serial number HCC1301601 shows an active warranty (which is correct) and HCC1402302 doesn't show an active warranty?. Is this a standard functionality.
