R12 issue: Unable to Define Documents in Advance for Sales Order Header.

Hi,

When creating an order management document note the LOV for order type is the LOV for line type which is not correct.

Navigation: OM-->Setup-->Orders-->Attachments-->Documents-->"Carrier information" and when we click on Additional rules, selecting Attribute as "Order Type", the attribute value is showing all "Line types".

It should be "Order Type".

Please suggest.
