EM 12c memory issues

Hi,

I have a relatively small EM12c installation, db on on linux host which has 2 cpu and 8Gb memory and the OMS on a similar host. It has 54 agents which between them monitor 431 targets.

The problem I'm having is that every so often the system decides to run so many jobs on the database that it runs out of resources and I end up with messages like the following in the database alert_log :

kkjcre1p: unable to spawn jobq slave process
