Stopped receiving email notifications of Purchase Order approvals in Oracle

Hi,

Since two weeks one user have  stopped receiving email notifications of Purchase Order approvals in Oracle.As the WF status is Notified please see screen shot attached.

I have check all the required set up and also the above solution but still the issue exist

One more thing I have change the Email Id of the user to My email ID and sent workflow test mail but i received the workflow notification.

Please can any one guide me on this
