AP Supplier Interface question

in Payables and Cash Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

   Is it possible to run the AP Supplier Interface for the sites without an Address.  We have some suppliers that get we pay that in 11i we did not track the address.  The payments came thru an outside source and they maintained the address.  We are upgrading to 12 and in testing found that we can create the site thru the AP interface without an Address line 1.  Does anyone know of a way to get around this?
