V type batch (freight Voucher) is in error

Hi All,

I need your help in this issue, V type batch, which is actually a freight voucher match batch is not getting posted, shows an error "Intercomany Out Of Balance", however there is a single company, I have checked in F0911 there is no record showing in F0911. your help is really appreciated..
