EPMA Planning Application Entity dimension refresh is not working 11.1.2.3.0

I'm deploying a Planning application from EPMA 11.1.2.3.0 and the deploy of the "Entity" dimension is not working. I follow these steps:

1. Create all the dimensions in the shared library

2. Create the Planning application using the shared dimensiones

3. Deploy the aplicattion. After that, I can see in Planning the "Entity" dimension and its hierarchy from Plannig web.

4. Create/Refresh the application (I tried both from EPMA and Planning web). After that, the "Entity" dimension exists in the Essbase database but empty, without the hierarchy.

I don't receive any error nor warning during any of the above steps. Every steps finish successfully.
