error while trying to open the “Create Electronic Payment instructions and ’’Create Printed Payment

Hi,

We are in R12.1.3. it's an upgraded instance from 11.5.10.2, and we are getting Java error while trying to open the “Create Electronic Payment instructions and ’’Create Printed Payment Instruction’’ page under payment Manager.

Error log attached.

Any inputs/clues?
