Can you run the R007021 Transaction to Batch header while people are on the system

We have 44 batches that are missing batch headers.  I gave the users instructions on how to create a missing batch header but they are inquiring if they can run the R007021 to fix this with the processing option turned on.  We have people actively on the system all day so we normally run this on Saturday at 5PM.  Is there a problem with letting them run this report during an active day with people keying and posting?
