Min Max producing single requisition

We are on R12 and have scheduled Min Max Planning report to generate requisitions automatically. It was generating seperate requisition for each supplier, however, now it generated only 1 requisition for all the suppliers. I don't remember changing anything except Demand Cutoff Date and Supply Cutoff date parameter from +365 to -30. I doubt that this might have caused it and need some thoughts.
