ipmp plus vlan tagging plus ldoms question

I have two interfaces that need to be in an ipmp setup and then used to create a virtual switch which in turn will house a vnet that is attached to an ldom. My question is how to go about the configuration. Do I create the ipmp group and create a custom net device at that level and then use that custom network device as the net-dev argument to the ldm create-vsw command ?
