I can't activate ASR in my servers with Ops Center 12.2

Hi,

My problem is:

- I have Ops Center 12.2 configured in connected mode

- I have account of MOS

- I have Internet access

- I have some server model x4-2 with windows os

- I have some server M4000 with solaris os

Whe active ASR in Ops Center, it only active the servers M4000 the others servers send the following error
