Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. 2.10 ODA RDBMS upgrade does not automatically run catbundle

Based on a few issues and internal discussions it does appear that after installation or upgrade on ODA 2.10 your RDBMS

does not automatically run catbundle. The current temporary workaround is to run the script manually until a fix is available.

Any other ODA version?
Is the problem unique to database
- created using DBCA
- new databases with a patch applied?
- new databases no patch applied
