Can you autogenerate PO doc from approved requisition without ASL and Sourcing Rules

Hi,

We don't have any agreements created and no ASL or Sourcing rules created. With this setup can we have an approved requisition to auto generate PO without submitting the PO for approval. The buyers would then approve the POs based on the business criteria. The requisitions will be non catalog requests from iProcurement.

  "Is Automatic Creation Allowed?"  : Set to value Y for POCREATE workflow
