Incorrect Decimal Point fields in custom financial report after turn on Multi-Currency

We have custom financial reports and the decimal point displayed incorrect position after turn on Multi-Currency.

If we change the scaling position then the amount fields are ok but not % fields

We also found if there are custom rows which will display incorrect decimal point too.

There are no way to adjust the fields display

Please let me know if anybody have related experience and know the solutions.
