Address Book Privacy setup for all search types

We are in E1 9.1 Toolset 9.1.2. We are trying to set up A/B privacy and the issue that we are facing is that we are required to set up Permission List by each search type, so we will have as many records as the number of search types. The downside with this is that a user with address book access may create a new search type and copy over existing records that we were restricting certain information in the original records but the system would not restrict it on the copied record that has a new search type that
