Some value cannot be displayed properly in PDF generation with BI Publisher

Hi,
We met an issue recently: some value cannot be displayed properly in pdf generation occasionally at runtime. In normal and abnormal cases, templates used and payload data were the same. However, some value of BIPub fields in the pdf output were different. More, this issue couldn't be reproduced, but our user reported it at least 3 times in recent 2 months.

Here, I upload attachments to clarify the latest case in details:
>> In payload1.xml and payload2.xml, both have a label <DeliveryMode> and the value is "DD";
>> In SimplifiedQuote.rtf (in templates.zip), it has a field "DM2" under "Mode" column of the first table. It said "
