Oracle Applications Licensing

Hello in release 12.1.1 under System Administrator >> Oracle applications manager >> License manager >> Reports >> Licensed Products, I can see a list of licensed products, some of them are customized applications and some of them  are not.
But I can not see new custom applications

Is there anything I am missing?  Should the customized applications be registered as a product somewhere?


Found note How to License Products in Release 12 -1133413.1 but the problem is that our application does not appear as a product so it cannot be licensed.


Any suggestions.
