Updating Value dated Balance

Hi

I want to update value dated balance for manually entered Bank Statement. 

I have referred to this note:

R12: CE: How does the Bank Balance get populated in the View Bank Balances Page? (Doc ID 1280355.1)

"The bank balances are updated when the bank statements are entered manually. The closing balance in the control totals is updated in the Ledger Balance. TheAvailable Balance and Value Dated Balance are updated in the bank balances if they are entered during creating the bank statements manually."

However, when I try to enter manual statement, there are no columns available for entering value dated balances.
