Date is not coming in proper format

Hi

I am generating Loyalty Statement by providing Statement Type, Start Date and End Date.

I am able to generate the statement in my environment properly.

But at client side they are getting error after clicking Submit button

"UIF_06/01/2014": Can't convert formatted string to its internal representation. Check if your data is in correct format. 

For all date if I am selecting from calender it is attaching "UIF" before the date.

Please help me to resolve this issue.
