Concurrent Manager encountered an error while running the spawned concurrent program Receiving Trans

in Inventory Management - EBS (MOSC) Question


While doing Part receiving we are getting below error:-

Return Status:U, l_msg_data: Concurrent Manager encountered an error while running the spawned concurrent program Receiving Transaction Manager - RCVOLTM for your concurrent request 42694320. afptpput failed; rvtptcontrol failed.

Review your concurrent request log file for more detailed information.

We are using csp_receive_pvt.rcv_online_request API to receive shipment but getting above error. When checking fnd_concurrent_request table we cant find any request submitted for the request id mentioned.

This is not happening with all the cases but with one particular Inventory org. This was working well but started going in error after we upgrade our database from 11.2.0.2.0 to 11.2.0.4.0.
