Lot hold status code issue

Hi all,

Sometimes Lot status (hold) code updated through lot master P4108 application , doesnot show at Item availabiltiy P41202.  How to keep both in sync. At lot master , the same PN/LN shows only available qty and on-hand qty as BLANK due to hold code, where as item available screen shows the same PN/LN as on-hand and available.

Any solution for this?
