Hi Guru's.

Kindly confirm whether we have to open all the products as items in Oracle Inventory which are used for incentive calculation. e.g,

if a company dealing in Motors sales and service we have to define products,product hierarchies and rule set in OIC and also same as inventory items in inventory as well so that we can collect synchronized data from receivable or order management for incentive calculation. any reference document kindly share.
