Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi Masters,

I want to track User ideal time session. Please let me know how can i achieve this?

In eaapscfg, session out time is 1800seconds.

GuestSessionTimeout = 300

SessionTimeout = 1800

Why the user is logging out automatically while the user is working,Please need urgent help on this.
