doubled amount charged to inventory account when cost rollup/freeze was made after completion

Hi!

I had a strange case. maybe one of you can confirm it works as designed? I can hardly believe this bug stays for years in the system...

Steps to duplicate:

process a discrete work order including WO completion but don't run any accounting.

change costs of 1 component in BOM and run a simulation and freeze.

verify the change in stock valuation is reflected in the item ledger

run manufacturing accounting

it is charging latest standard costs to with doc type IC to inventory account. (this results in doubled amount of cost change as this was already booked by freeze)
