"Too Many Open Files" error in OPP log when running Pick Slip Report

Oracle Applications 12.1.3

RDBMS 11.2.0.2

Linux OS Red Hat 5.7

When running the Concurrent Request "Pick Slip Report" we are receiving the following error in the Output Post Processor log.
