Cycle count Entrey vs Cycle count print

Hi to all

I am facing a strange issue

We have set up the cycle count print R41410A to sort by:

cycle count

branch

location

2º item number

lot

and we have setup the P4141 cycle count entry form to sort in the same way

but we noticed that both are handling the sort in a different way

seems that the application is sorting alphabetically first the numbers and then the letters

and the report is making the opposite

as an example, in our cycle count are items like (this is how the report looks)
