Creating and Importing Trusted Certificate

Hi Everyone,

Need some help on creating and installing certificates to get rid of the annoying security error on entering OEM URL.  I followed doc 1367988.1 Using ORAPKI Utility to Create a Wallet with Third Party Trusted Certificate and Import into OMS.

I sent the exported certificate request to my internal security team and they only sent me one certificate back.  I was expecting 3... ie  root/intermediate and user ssl.  I asked them for all 3 and they said I get only one???

So I'm wondering if I should have done this differently.  Is there a faster, better way to get what I need to have IE stopped these security website errors.???
