PDQ not working properly

Hi Support,

I am using one PDQ where it fetches the records with the status In Progress, Not Started, Open.

While executing the PDQ in the MY TO Do List in Activities it is showing few of the records which is having 'Done' Status but it should not.

If I use same PDQ in All Activities View the result is correct and no records with status Done...

I hope something which is appending to my query that is giving issue :---))))

Please share me what might be the chances for root cause.
