Transactions does not show up on bank statment lines when queried based on Batch names

when trying to reconcile the receipts on bank statment lines when we click Available from the windown we check the miscelleneous field and on the transaction window when we query using the batch names and click on find we do not get any records

and when we try to query based on deposit date on the reciepts window we get the recodrs and the batch name is mentioned in the reference window

and when we use the same batch name and query bank statment lines when we click Available from the window we check the miscelleneous field and on the transaction we give the same batch name from and to in the batch names field the data does not appear.
