End User Balance Compare Uploads

I have a few general questions about ARM and its ability to handle end user balance comparison uploads.

• As of 11.1.2.3, end users cannot upload explained balance/adjustments to multiple account reconciliations with one file (they can upload to each acct rec individually).  Is this a feature that will be provided in a future release of ARM?
• To accommodate this request in 11.1.2.3, I have switched the account analysis reconciliations to balance comparison reconciliations and built a flat file upload process to upload the explained balances as a sub-system.  I then automated the flat file data load process using the loaddata.bat script.  We will need to provide multiple users with the ability to run these flat file data loads.  Since we automated it with the batch script, how can we handle when two users attempt to load flat file data at the same time.
