Accounting Program completed error intermittent

Hi,

Would like to know if anyone can help, we are facing issue with Receivables accounting program completed error intermittent, the error can be found in

Bug 18095493 : CREATE ACCOUNTING INTERMITTENT ORA-20001: ORA-06502: PL/SQL: NUMERIC OR

VALUE ER

However we are not able to identify the root cause and thus solution is not possible.

PS: Re-submitting the Create Accounting as alternative solution is not that appropriate because there is no reason for the program to fail. I am hoping if anyone has face this issue as well and what is the rootcause and solution applied.
