Hot Patch xla5584908.drv fails on ORA-00001

Hi Everybody

Trying applied hot patch it fails on :

Time when worker started job: Wed Jun 11 2014 10:09:31

sqlplus -s APPS/***** @/apps12g/applprod/apps/apps_st/appl/zx/12.0.0/patch/115/sql/zxaptrxhotupd.sql &un_ap &batchsize 3 4

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-00001: unique constraint (ZX.ZX_LINES_SUMMARY_U1) violated
ORA-06512: at line 62
Had applied patches 17365280 and 17394639 following all steps then rerun hot patch and still get the same issue.
