Help on auditd start

I am unlucky to start auditd up. Per log, it says

[ Jun 11 11:47:55 Executing start method ("/lib/svc/method/svc-auditd") ]
[ Jun 11 11:47:55 Method "start" exited with status 98 ]
[ Jun 11 11:47:55 Stopping for maintenance due to administrative_request. ]
[ Jun 11 11:47:55 Stopping for maintenance due to administrative_request. ]
